Mentoring a team can be extremely rewarding and allows you to work directly with the students to develop their technical skill set, socialization and life skills. If you are interested in mentoring a team please contact Dan Green (

Sponsoring any of the FIRST teams allows students the opportunity to get involved in a unique and fun way to learn. Teams value the generosity of sponsors and typically include sponsors names on the robot, team shirts and other team information. Team members also fundraise to support their team and activities. If you are interested in sponsoring a team, please contact Dan Green (

Financial Donations are a critical part of the success of the teams, and the regional events in which students compete. The regional events are self-funded through donations from companies and individuals. If you are interested in supporting a team or the regional event, please contact Dan Green (

Volunteers are needed to staff all of the competitions that students participate in throughout the year. Your help for any duration of time, whether it’s one day, two, or three makes a big difference in providing the support for each of the events. Click here to volunteer for the FIRST Midwest Regional on March 18-20, 2010 or send any questions to us at
